HUD Section 3

Since 1997, Motivation, Inc. and its leadership has been involved in the development and support of Section 3 Business Concerns. We are the foremost leaders in Section 3 Resident Training and Business Development in the Southeastern United States, if not the entire country. Based on information from our clients, we are the only professional full-time consulting firm in the nation that has a comprehensive, structured 15 module personal and professional empowerment training program that has been time tested over the past five years. We feel our firm is uniquely qualified to enter into this partnership based on our ten (10) years of progressive knowledge of Section 3, history and involvement as public housing resident trainers, practicing contractors utilizing Section 3 concerns, and business developers of multiple Section 3 business concerns.

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to tell the good news to the poor.  He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve-to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.  They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor.  Isaiah 61:1-3
