Also created a Section 3 business for the residents
of the NEGAHA that contracts directly with the housing
authority and its contractors. We continue to provide
follow-up and support to that business for one full year at no cost. |

In March 2005 conducted and facilitated Board Strategic Planning Workshop outlining the organizations plans for asset management conversion and future development of new assets.
Currently, providing development services including developing
the solicitation for a development partner to guide
the GHA through the replacement of all 250 of its outdated
public housing units of the next five to eight years. Our role is to
act as guardian advisor reviewing all development plans and proposals
presented to the client and advising on the viability of each plan before
the Board accepts it. |
