TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT $5,000
WORK PERFORMED Provided a HUD REAC certified inspector to walk through all apartments prior to a scheduled REAC inspection to produce a list of deficiencies to be repaired prior to the actual HUD inspection and walked with the inspector to assure HUD compliance on all issues. This was done to assure a critical passing score of 60 points. The property actually scored 68 points up from a 29 point score in the previous inspection. Additionally, the property owner and management were provided in-depth counseling on how to ready the property and what to look for prior to the inspection. Thus allowing them to focus on repairing the big point takers not small items.
